The mission of the DPAO Foundation is to raise and steward resources that support the Disabled Persons Action Organization (DPAO) in providing services and empowering individuals with developmental disabilites, as well as their families, to live full, meaningful and independent lives throughout Jefferson and Lewis counties.
Our Impact
Fueling programs that change lives
Through fundraising, grant writing, and community support, the DPAO Foundation helps expand and enhance programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities across Jefferson and Lewis Counties.

Funding enhancements to programs operated by DPAO, including day habilitation, respite, and employment supports.

Providing resources for updated spaces, equipment, and materials that improve daily experiences for program participants.
